What will happen to my booking if the flight gets delayed or canceled?

In case your flight gets delayed, canceled or rescheduled, or you are late for pick-up, you can directly contact the supplier using their contact details provided in your Rental Confirmation Voucher.


Depending on the supplier's business hours, late pick-up/drop-off might incur extra charges.


It is also advised to provide your flight information while creating a booking, it helps the supplier stay informed about your flight arrival timings. However, providing the supplier with the flight details or prior intimation doesn’t necessarily mean that they will keep your rental on hold.
