To cancel your car rental booking with us:
Log in to your account through the Manage Booking section with your Email Id & reservation no.
Once you are logged in, below "Modify Booking" you will see the "Cancel Booking" option.
Select the "Cancel Booking" option to cancel your car rental reservation.
Note: If your pick-up time has already passed, you will no longer be able to cancel or modify your booking with us. When the renter fails to pick up the reserved vehicle it is called a "No Show", and in such case, there is no refund to be made of the money paid during booking. Read the Rental Terms before taking any further action.
