It is unlikely for the supplier to provide you with a car if you fail to present your driver’s license during pick-up. In case you come to know of your missing driver’s license before pick-up, you can contact us. We will try to get the main driver changed if possible (not guaranteed). Alternatively, we can modify your pick-up date and time if you are able to get your driver’s license in time.
Please note that we cannot guarantee anything in such cases and therefore, we would recommend ensuring that you are carrying all your required documents with you for a successful pick-up.
