This completely depends on the supplier you have booked the vehicle with, since each of them has different sets of conditions. While some suppliers leave it to you to cover all the toll charges by yourself, a couple of them have built-in toll passes in their rental cars that will pay on your behalf. In some cases, suppliers let you rent a toll pass at a fixed price, allowing you to pass as many tolls as you want without having to pay additionally.
