Though we cover all the basic charges in the car rental deal itself, in certain situations mentioned below you might have to pay a few charges at the rental desk or during the drop-off:
- Renting Extras such as a child booster seat, booster cushion, additional driver, navigation system, or snow chains.
- While making a late pick-up or late return of the car rental for the locations accessible for 'out of hours' service. (A rental period is usually calculated and charged on the basis of a 24-hour time cycle. Once you have collected your vehicle, the rental period extension and late returns are charged at local tariff, by the supplier.)
- Extra insurance is directly bought through the supplier at the rental desk.
- If any modifications like a request for a different car model or a change in the rental duration are made. The renter can be subjected to pay extra at the rental desk.
Read supplier "Rental Terms" to ensure clarity on the payable amount or if already made a reservation, refer to the Rental Confirmation Voucher.
