Commonly, there are 3 types of fuel policies in car rental:
Full-to-Full: Rental will come with a full tank, and you will have to return it with the full tank itself.
Same-to-Same: You will have to return the car rental with the same amount of fuel as when you had made the pick-up.
Full-to-Empty: The car rental will come with a full tank, and you can return it with an empty tank. Refund on the remaining fuel is subjective to the supplier.
