How can I get a refund after the booking has been canceled?

The booking amount will be refunded to your original payment source once you have initiated the cancellation process. However, it may take a few days for the amount to reflect in your account.


In case you haven’t received the refund, we would recommend checking with your bank first or you can contact our customer support team.


Note: Only in case of refundable and eligible bookings, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
