Will I get a refund if I forgot to carry driver’s license, credit card or other important document mentioned in the voucher?

To ensure a successful collection of the rental car, it is essential to provide all the documents mentioned in your Rental Confirmation Voucher physically at the supplier’s desk. If you forgot to carry any of the important documents, including driver’s license, main driver’s credit card, etc. the supplier might not release the car rental and the ‘No Show’ policy shall apply. In such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund.
