You can directly connect with the supplier using their contact details provided in your Rental Confirmation Voucher in case the car rental desk/office is closed when you arrive at the pick-up/drop-off location.

 

For after-hours pick-up/drop-off, the supplier may charge you an extra local fee. Make sure to confirm the implications with the supplier in such a situation.

 

Additionally, there are a few suppliers that allow you to leave the keys in the Drop Box if returning the car outside business hours with zero extra charges.
