Why did I receive extra charges after my rental duration was over?
There are various factors that can result in extra charges once your rental duration is over, such as missing fuel, tolls, penalties, extra miles, vehicle damage, untidy car, late returns, returning the vehicle at a different location, etc.
You will most likely receive a detailed receipt of the extra charges from the supplier upon the car rental return. However, if you have any doubts regarding the charges incurred, we recommend checking with your supplier first for explicitness.
What if the supplier adds damage charges days later?
It is common for the supplier to add damage charges days later, especially in cases of after-hours return. Additionally, some damages are not easily detectable at first and therefore, when the supplier notices them, they charge you for the same.
You can always request the supplier for a written breakdown and evidence of the damage. If you are not satisfied with the supplier’s response, you can contact us.
Note: It is always recommended to document everything while returning the vehicle, including taking videos and photos of the car.
