Car rental bookings canceled before 48 hours of the pick-up time are eligible for a 100% refund with exceptions for non-refundable bookings.

 

In case you had opted for cancellation protection with the deal, you will get a full refund if the booking is canceled 2 hours before the pick-up.

 

If you fail to cancel the reservation ahead of the suggested period, an amount of GBP 30 or equivalent will be retained.
