Are electronic copies of the documents and virtual payments accepted at the supplier’s desk?

Electronic copies of the documents and virtual payments are not accepted by the suppliers. You will need to present the physical documents to ensure the successful collection of your rental vehicle. Make sure to carry the following items when arriving at the supplier’s desk:

• A valid driver’s license
• A valid ID card or passport
• An active credit card
• An International Driving Permit (If required)

Note that all the documents are supposed to be presented physically at the supplier’s counter and they must belong to the main driver.
