This could mean two things-


The supplier offers after-hours return, meaning that you can drop off the car without the presence of the staff. The vehicle will be inspected later on. 


If you are returning within the supplier’s operational hours with no staff present at the desk, you must try to get in touch with the provider. In case you are unable to connect with them, you can contact us. 


Note: Always check your Rental Confirmation Voucher to see if your drop-off timings fall outside of the supplier’s business hours and the related instructions. You can also check with the company during pick-up on how to proceed if you do not find any staff during drop off.
